202例胎膜早破原因及对母婴影响的分析

目的 探讨胎膜早破的危险因素及对母儿的影响。方法 对1580例无妊娠合并症的产妇资料进行回顾性分析。结果 头盆不称、胎住异常、早产流产史、生殖器炎症是胎膜早破主要病因。胎膜早破组的剖宫产率、早产率、新生儿窒息及肺炎发病率均较对照组显著升高。结论 因此加强孕前保健，控制人工流产，是预防胎膜早破的发生有效方法。

Factors of Premature Rupture of Membranes and its Effects on the Pregnant and Infant: A Report of 202 Cases

Objective To study the risk factors of premature rupture of membranes (PROM) and its effects on the pregnant and infant. Methods The data of 1 580 cases of lying-in women without pregnant complications and other diseases were analyzed. 202 cases with PROM were divided into research group, and 1,378 cases without PROM were divided into control. Results Cephalopelvic disproportion, abnormal position of fetus, history of premature birth and abortion, inflammation of reproductive organs were the most factors of PROM. The rate of cesarean section, premature delivery, neonatal asphyxia and pneumonia were higher significantly in the PROM group than that in the control. Conclusions Abnormal position of fetus ,history of premature birth and abortion are the main causes of PROM. Reinforcing the pregestational care and controlling the induced abortion are the main effective measures to prevent PROM.
