偏头痛患者血浆和脑脊液中加压素含量的观察及其临床意义

应用放射免疫分析法对40例偏头痛患者血浆和脑脊液中精氨酸加压素(AYP)含量的变化进行了观察,发现不同类型的偏头痛发作期血浆和脑脊液中 AVP 含量均显著低于正常对照组水平;发作间期脑脊液 AVP 含量仍处于低水平,而血浆 AVP 含量与对照组比较差异不显著.对13例偏头痛血浆 AVP 的动态观察发现,偏头痛发作后24h 内,血浆 AVP 持续处于低水平,之后开始回升.此外,血浆和自身脑脊液 AVP 之间呈显著性相关.可见血浆 AVP 含量的水平也能反映偏头痛 AVP 不足的本质.

An observation of vasopressin levels in plasma and cerebrospinal fluid in patients with migraine and its clinical significances

The contents of arginine vasopressin(AVP)in plasma and cerebrospinal fluid(CSF)were determined with radioimmunoassay in 40 migraine patients.The results showed that AVP in plasma and CSF was significantly decreased during the stage of attack in various types of migraine,and the CSF AVP also significantly decreased during the intermission as compared with that of control.The dynamic observation of plasma AVP in 13 migraine patients showed that plasma AVP was in the continuous low levels within twentyfour hours after the attack,and then rose again.In addition,in all the patients,the relationship of plas- ma AVP to the corresponding CSF AVP showed a positive correlation (r=0.663).These suggested that the deficiency of AVP contents was one of the mechanisms of migraine attack.
