| 摘 要： | 目的评价12导联电话传输远程心电监测(TTM)对无症状心肌缺血(SMI)的诊断价值。方法选择40例经冠状动脉造影(CA)证实的冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病患者,并在同期内(间隔<1周)接受12导联TTM及普通心电图(ECG)检查,将检查结果进行对比分析。结果12导联TTM和ECG对SMI的检出率分别是64%和9%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论12导联TTM可以较早地发现SMI,有助于指导临床治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of 12-lead transtelephonic monitoring(TTM) in silent myocardial ischemia(SMI). Methods Forty patients diagnosed by coronary angiography(CA)were examined by 12-lead TTM and ECG. The duration of both methods was less than one week. 12-lead TTM data were compared with ECG′s. Results The positive rates of 12-lead TTM and ECG in the diagnosis of SMI were 64% and 9% respectively. There was an apparent difference between the both (P<0.05). Conclusion Results show that 12-lead TTM can find out SMI early. It is helpful for SMI to be treated correctly. |
