温心宝口服液对豚鼠急性心衰左心室功能的影响

目的：研究温心室口服对豚鼠急性心衰左心室功能的影响。方法：从颈动脉插心导管入左心室的方法测定其压力及压力的变化，以评价心室功能和顺应性，用普萘洛尔致心衰，以哇巴因为阳性对照，观察温心室口服液对豚鼠急性心衰时左心室功能的影响。结果：口服温心宝口服液小剂量（5ml/kg)和中剂量（10ml/kg)对LVSP（左心室内压峰值）无显著影响，大剂量（20ml/kg)则降低LVSP；用普萘洛尔致心衰10min；3个剂量组均使LVSP升高或恢复正常；中剂量温心宝组使普萘洛尔致心衰心脏的 dp/dtmax(左室内压最大上升速率）及-dp/dtmax（左室内压最大下降速率）在10min恢复正常。静脉点滴温心室时，LVSP、 dp/dtmax及-dp/dtmax和dp/dt/P40（左室内压达40mmHg时心肌收缩速度）也均升高。结论：温心宝可改善心衰，便衰竭心肌的收缩性恢复，静脉给药比口服给药作用更显著。

The effects of Wenxinbao oral liquid on left ventricular function of guinea pig with heart failure induced by propranolol

Objective: To study the effects of Wenxinbao oral liquid on left ventricular function of guinea pig with heart failure induced by propranolol. Method: The ventricular pressure and its alterations were measured by left cardiac catheter, then the function and compliance of left ventricle were evaluated. Result: By oral administration, 5 ml/kg and 10 ml/kg groups had no effects on LVSP which was decreased by 20 ml/kg. At 10 min after cardiac failure induced by propranolol, LVSP was increased or recovered to normal by the three groups doses of Wenxinbao. +dp/dt max and -dp/dt max were also recoverd to normal in the 10 min by 10 ml/kg group. By venous injection,LVSP, +dp/dt max , -dp/dt max were increased significantly compared with oral administration. Conclusion: Wenxinbao oral liquid can improved the heart failure by recovering cardiac contractility.
