| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨用不同方法治疗股骨头骨折的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析16例股骨头骨折患者的治疗效果,其中11例采用切开复位内固定术进行治疗、2例采用非手术治疗、2例行人工全髋关节置换术、1例行骨折块清除术。结果:随访1.5～11年,平均3年8个月,优良率为71.4%。结论:对髋关节脱位进行及时的复位,切开解剖复位、牢固内固定骨折,可以取得满意的疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the clinical result of the treatment of femoral head fractures with different methods.Methods:16 patients who had been diagnosed as cases of femoral head fracture were reviewed.11 of them were treated with open reduction and internal fixation of the fracture,2 were treated with primary arthroplasty,2 were treated with no operative method and 1 was performed by fracture fragment excision.Results:The follow-up period range from 1 year and 5 months to 11years with an average of 3 years and 8 months.The excellent and good rate was 71.4%.Conclusions:Timely intervention with prompt reduction of hip dislocation and anatomic open reduction and internal fixation of fracture fragments.however,allows for optimal recovery. |
