| 摘 要： | 目的 分析直肠阴道瘘的致病因素,总结直肠阴道瘘的临床治疗经验.方法 回顾性分析我院10年来23例直肠阴道瘘的原因及治疗情况.结果 直肠阴道瘘原因是多方面的,但近年来医源性因素占了绝大部分.23例患者中,21例采用手术治疗,2例因癌症晚期死亡,随访19例未复发.结论 应该重视医疗工作中的预防措施,手术治疗为首选治关键是把握手术的时机和方案.

| Abstract: | Objective To analyse the etiological factors of rectovaginal fistula and to summarize the experience of clinical treatment on rectovaginal fistula.Methods The reason and treatment of 23 patients in our hospital in recent ten years were studied.Results The reasons of the rectovaginal fistula were versatile,but the iatrogenic reasons occupied the most part in recent years.Of 23 patients,21 patients were undergone operation,in which 2 patients died of cancer,and 19 patients did not relapse.Conclusion Prevention should be put emphasis in the curative activities.Operation should be the first choice of treatment,and the key is the time and the program. |
