养心活血方治疗快速心律失常92例

观察自拟中医养心活血方治疗快速心律失常的作用和疗效。将138例快速心律失常患者随机分组,治疗组92例用养心活血方,对照组46例用西药心律平治疗,疗程均为4周。结果：治疗组治愈率44．6％,总有效率91．3％,对照组分别为30．4％、76．1％,两组比较差异有显著性意义（P＜0．05）;治疗组并有较好的缓解临床症状和降低血脂作用。揭示养心活血方治疗快速心律失常疗效确切。

Treatment of Rapid Arrhythmia by "Heart-Nourishing and Blood-Activating Decoction" in 92 Cases

To observe the clinical efficacy of self made "Heart Nourishing and Blood Activating Decoction" in the treatment of rapid arrhythmia,138 subjects were randomized into two groups:treatment group in which 92 cases were treated with this Decoction and control group in which 46 cases were treated with propafenone,both with a course of 4 weeks.Results:In treatment group the cure rate was 44 6% and the total effective rate was 91 3%;in control group the cure rate was 30 4% and the total effective rate was 76 1%,with striking differences ( P <0 05);in treatment group,the clinical symptoms are greatly improved and the blood lipid reduced obviously.It is revealed that the Decoction has positive effects in treating rapid arrhythmia.
