| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨输尿管肾镜在胆道结石外科的应用价值。方法 收集近两年肝内外胆管结石病人术中术后应用输尿管肾镜取石、碎石的情况。结果 胆道残石率大大下降。结论 输尿管肾镜在肝胆管结石中的应用效果良好，创伤小，价值大。

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the applied value of ureterorenoscopy in cholelithiasis surgery. Methods:The clinical data of patients with intra- and extra-hepatic cholelithiasis, which ureterorenoscopy was applied to treat during and after operation in recent two years, were collected and analysized retrospectively. Results: Operation of fetching and crashing stones was performed on all patients with satisfying outcome, the bile duct debris rate decreased significantly. Conclusion: Ureterorenoscopy is applied in treatment of cholelithiasis with advantages including good effects, tiny trauma and clinical value. |
