人工全髋关节置换治疗老年股骨颈骨折疗效观察

摘    要:【目的】探讨人工全髋关节置换治疗老年股骨颈骨折的临床疗效。【方法】回顾性分析63例(63髋)老年股骨颈骨折患者行人工全髋关节置换术的临床资料及其疗效。【结果】63例患者平均手术时间96min,平均输血量为380ml,平均住院时间19d,住院期间无局部及全身并发症出现。所有患者术后均获得16~53个月随访,平均36.6个月。术后12个月Harris评分为82~96分,平均89.7分,其中优45例,良14例,可3例,差1例。优良率93.7%。术后1年左右5例患者出现不同程度髋关节疼痛,并发症发生率为7.9%。【结论】人工全髋关节置换术治疗老年股骨颈骨折可使患者早期下床活动,并发症少,关节功能恢复良好,具有较好的临床疗效.

Clinical Research on Total Hip Arthroplasty in Treatment of Femoral Neck Fracture in Elderly

Abstract:[Objective]To evaluate the clinical effect of total hip arthroplasty in treatment of femoral neck fracture in elderly. [Methods]The clinical data and the efficacy of total hip arthroplasty in treatment of femoral neck fracture in 63 elderly patients were retrospective analyzed. [Results]For 63 cases, the average time of operation was 96min, the average flux of blood transfusion was 380ml and the average time in the hospital was 19 days. No patient occurred complication when they were in the hospital. The patients were followed up from 16 to 53 months and the average time was 36.6 months. The score of Harris was 82-96 and the average score was 89.7. According to Harris criteri on, the results were excellent in 45 eases, good in 14 cases, medium in 3 eases and failure in 1 ease. The fineness ratio was 93.7%. The ache of coax occurred in 5 cases at 1 year after operation, and the ratio of complication was 7.9%. [Conclusion]Total hip arthroplasty reduces the complications, and has weight loading step in early time and satisfied recovery of joint function in treatment of femoral neck fracture in elderly.
