探讨性别对西布曲明片减肥疗效的影响

目的 :探讨不同性别对西布曲明片减肥疗效的影响。方法 :男、女性受试者各 2 2例 ,口服西布曲明 10mg·d- 1× 6wk。比较 2组治疗前后体重差百分比、腰围、臀围、腰围差值、臀围差值、腰臀围比(WHR)、BMI差值 ( BMI)及血糖、血脂等指标。结果 :女、男性组体重差百分比治疗后 2 ,4 ,6wk分别为 - 2 .1± 1.8,- 2 .9± 1.6,- 4.4± 2 .1,和 - 1.1± 0 .9,- 1.8± 1.1,- 2 .9± 1.4 (P <0 .0 5 ) ; BMI2 ,4 ,6wk女、男性组分别为 - 0 .7± 0 .6,- 0 .9±0 .5 ,- 1.4± 0 .7和 - 0 .35± 0 .2 8,- 0 .6± 0 .3,- 0 .9± 0 .5 ,P <0 .0 5 ;6wk女、男性组腰围分别为(87± 2 1)cm ,(98± 9)cm ,(P <0 .0 5 ) ;WHR、空腹血糖 6wk女性组较男性组均下降明显。结论 :女性组对西布曲明片减肥效果较男性组更为明显。

Effect of sex on weight loss with sibutramine

AIM: To explore the effect of sibutramine on weight loss between female and male overweight or obesity patients. METHODS: Twenty two female and Twenty two male overweight or obesity patients orally received sibutramine 10 mg·qd for 6 wk. Then changes of percent of weight difference, waistline, hipline, waist hip ratio (WHR),body mass index(BMI),BMI difference(BMI), blood glucose ,blood lipid were compared. RESULTS: Compared with male group, percent of weight difference of female group decreased more significantly at 2,4,6 wk ( P < 0.05). The percent of weight difference were -2.1±1.8,-2.9±1.6 and -4.4±2.1 in female group ,while -1.1±0.9,-1.8±1.1 and -2.9±1.4 in male group. BMI difference decreased at 2,4,6 wk( P <0.05). The BMI were -0.7±0.6,-0.9±0.5,-1.4±0.7 in female group while -0.35±0.28,-0.6±0.3,-0.9±0.5 in male group; waist and WHR of female group (87±21) cm,0.82±0.18 falled more obviously than that of male group (98±9)cm,0.92±0.09 at 6 wk ( P <0.05). The fasting blood glucose decreased at 6 wk( P <0.05). CONCLUSION: The preliminary result suggests that the effect of sibutramine on weight loss of female overweight or obesity patients is higher than that of male group.
