| 摘 要： | 检测８７例冠心病患者和２０例健康者的高频心电图（ＨＦＥＣＧ），结果显示：冠心病患者高频切迹明显高于正常对照组。ＨＦＥＣＧ诊断冠心病（ＣＡＤ）的阳性率为８１．５％，提示ＨＦＥＣＧ对诊断ＣＡＤ有一定价值。

| Abstract: | High frequency electrocardiogram(HFECG)was recorded on 87 patients with coronary artery disease and 20 control subjects.The results showed that the notches of HFECG in patients with coronary artery disease(CAD)were significantly higher than that of control group.HFECG detected CAD with a positive rate of 81.5%.The results suggest that HFECG has some value in the dignosis of CAD,and may reflect the severity of CAD. |
