| 摘 要： | 目的：制定咳舒平颗粒剂的质量标准；方法：采用ＴＬＣ法对五味子、白术和补骨脂进行定性鉴别，采用反相ＨＰＬＣ法测定补骨脂素、异补骨脂素含量。结果：含量测定补骨脂素、异补骨脂素的平均回收率分别为１０２．４％（ＲＳＤ＝１．９％）和１０１．５％（ＲＳＤ＝１．９％）。结论：本法能有效控制咳舒平颗粒剂的质量。

| Abstract: | To develop a quality control method for Keshuping granules.Methods: TLC was employed for qualitative indentification of Fructus schisandrae,Rhizoma atractylodis macrocephalae and Fructus psoraleae.HPLC was used to determine the content of psoralen and isopsoralen in the preparation.Results: Average recovery of psoralen and isopsoralen was 102 4(RSD=1 9%) and 101 5(RSD=1 9%) respectively.Conclusions: This standard is capable of controlling effectively the qualily of Keshuping granules. |
