摘    要:通过分析医院绩效考核体系中存在的矛盾,以平衡计分卡及其在非营利性组织中的应用为理论基础,从部队医院的使命与战略出发,在医院构建平衡计分卡体系的基础上,探讨如何从顾客、内部流程、学习成长和财务四个维度建立平衡的医务人员绩效考核体系。

Abstract:By analyzing the contradictions of hospital performance evaluation,the authors make use of the theory of balanced scorecard and its implementation in non-profit organizations.According to the mission and strategies of military hospitals,we intend to explore how to establish the performance evaluation system of military hospital medical personnel from the following four perspectives within a balanced scorecard system: customer,internal business process,learning and growth,and finance.
