骨肉瘤组织中CD34和MMP-9的表达及其意义

目的探讨CD34和基质金属蛋白酶-9（MMP-9）在骨肉瘤中表达的关系及临床意义。方法采用免疫组织化学方法（S—P法）检测48例骨肉瘤组织标本中CD34和MMP-9蛋白的表达。结果骨肉瘤组织中CD34和MMP-9蛋白的阳性率分别为64．58％和70．83％，显著高于对照组骨软骨瘤组织（P〈0．05）。CD34的表达与骨肉瘤组织分级、肺转移有关（P=0．014，P=0．002）。MMP-9的表达与骨肉瘤组织分级、肺转移有关（P=0．013，P=0．013）。CD34的表达与MMP-9的表达密切相关（r=0．005，P=0．006）。两者的表达与患者的性别、年龄无关。结论在骨肉瘤中CD34、MMP-9参与肿瘤发生发展过程。并且它们之间具有相关性。

Study of expression and their relationship of CD34 and MMP-9 in osteosarcoma

Objective To investigate the expression of CD34 and MMP -9 in osteosareoma,as well to explore their relationship and clinical significance. Methods CD34 and MMP - 9 were detected by S - P immunohistochemical method in 48 cases of paraffin - embedded sections of osteosareoma. Results The positive rate of CD34 and MMP -9 in human osteosareoma is 62.50% and 56.25 % respectively, significantly higher than that of osteochondroma. The expression of CD34 is significantly associated with the histological grades and lung metastasis（ P = 0.014 ,P = 0.002）. The expression of MMP -9 is significantly correlated with histological grades and lung metastasis（P = 0.013 ,P = 0.013 ）. There is a significant correlation between the expression of CD34 and MMP- 9（r = 0.005 ,P = 0. 006）. Conditions such as age and sex have no relation with the expression of CD34 and MMP - 9. Conclusion CD34 and MMP - 9 participate in the carcinogenesis and development of osteosareo- ma, and there is synergetie action between them.
