| 摘 要： | 目的探讨结节性硬化的脑CT表现特征和临床诊断价值。方法回顾性分析经临床和脑CT证实的11例结节性硬化的病例。结果11例结节性硬化的脑CT表现有不同程度的结节灶,包括室管膜下结节31个,皮层及皮层下结节9个,室管膜下星形细胞瘤2个;11例均出现与CT表现相对应的临床症状和体征。结论结节性硬化的脑CT表现具有特征性,对临床诊断和鉴别诊断具有重要价值,对临床有重要指导意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate CT characteristics and its clinical diagnostic value of tuberous sclerosis complex. （TSC）. Methods The clinical data and CT signs in 11 patients with TSC proved by the clinic and CT were analyzed retrospectively. Results CT findings of 11 cases were brain nodules in all . There were 31 lateral ventricles nodules,9 cortical, and subcortical tubercle. 2 subendymal giganto cellular stellate tumors ; The clinical symptoms and signs of correspondence were found in 11 cases. Conclusion Certain imaging diagnostic characteristics of TSC. can be demonstrated with CT,which is of great importance in the diagnosis of the disease, and provide an important guidance to clinic. |
