微创膀胱造瘘术与耻骨上膀胱造瘘术治疗急性尿潴留的临床效果比较

目的：比较微创膀胱造瘘术与耻骨上膀胱造瘘术治疗急性尿潴留的临床效果。方法：将我院近年来收治的74例急性尿潴留患者按照手术方式的不同分为两组,每组各37例,对照组患者行耻骨上膀胱造瘘术治疗,观察组患者行微创膀胱造瘘术治疗,比较两组患者的手术指标以及患者术后并发症情况。结果：观察组患者的平均手术时间、术中出血量、拔管时间、住院时间以及瘘口愈合时间均少于对照组患者,各指标组间差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组患者术后并发症发生率为18.9%,显著低于对照组患者的45.9%,组间差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：微创膀胱造瘘术治疗急性尿潴留的临床疗效好,安全性高,值得临床进一步推广使用。

The Comparison of Clinical Effect of Minimally Invasive Bladder Fistulization and Suprapubic Cystostomy in Treatment of Acute Urinary Retention

Objective：To compare clinical effect of minimally invasive bladder fistulization and suprapubic cystostomy in treatment of acute urinary retention.Methods：74cases of acute urinary retention in our hospital in recent years were divied into two groups,37 cases in each group,cases in the control group underwent suprapubic cystostomy treatment,cases in the observation group underwent minimally invasive bladder fistulization treatment,compared the operation index and postoperative complications of cases in two groups.Results：The average operation time,amount of bleeding,extubation time,hospitalization time and fistula healing time of cases in observation group were lower than that in control group,the differences of all indices between two groups had statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The complication incidence rate of cases in observation group was 18.9%,significantly lower than that in control group（45.9%）,there was significant difference between two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Taking minimally invasive bladder fistulization in treatment of acute urinary retention has good clinical effect and high safety,worthy of further clinical application.
