| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨鼠神经生长因子治疗面神经炎的临床疗效。方法：将确诊为面神经炎的69例患者随机分为2组,治疗组30例以鼠神经生长因子治疗,对照组39例以弥可保治疗。在治疗前、后分别用Portmann简易评分法和总体有效率来评价疗效。两组均给予基础治疗,如口服沷尼松、阿昔洛伟、B族维生素、理疗等。结果：两组患者治疗前、后的Portmann评分和总有效率有统计学上的差异。结论：鼠神经生长因子治疗周围性面瘫效果更显著。

| Abstract: | Objective：Explore the effect of Nerve growth factor in the treatment of Facial neuritis.Methods：69patients were randomly divided into two groups,treatment group 30 cases treated with Nerve growth factor,39 cases were treated with methylcobalamin.After treatment,according to the improved Portmann evaluation method and the overall efficient to evaluate curative effect.And the two groups were given basic treatments etc.Results：Two groups of patients beforeand after treatment of Portmann score and total efficient have statistical difference.Conclusion：The treatment of nerve growth factor in Facial neuritis is more effect. |
