乌鲁木齐市劳教场所中警务人员艾滋病知识及态度调查分析

目的了解乌鲁木齐市劳教场所内警务人员对艾滋病态度及艾滋病知识的知晓情况。方法采用整群抽样的方法，以问卷的形式对乌鲁木齐市辖区内的监管场所的238名警务人员做调查。结果警务人员对艾滋病的3种主要传播途径的正确认知率分别为血液传播99．50％、性传播91．50％及母婴传播88．70％，对接吻、蚊虫叮咬这两项非传播途径的认知率较低，分别为85．40％，70．50％；对艾滋病的相关防治行为中，知道洁身自好（81．70％），不静脉吸毒（80．30％）及不盲目输入血液或血液制品（79．30％）可以预防艾滋病，但对每次使用安全套可以预防艾滋病缺乏信心，其准确率为56．30％；被调查者中98．10％认为艾滋病病人应得到关怀、91．10％认为预防艾滋病与自身有关，而60．70％的被调查者认为艾滋病将来不会威胁自己的家庭。结论乌鲁木齐市劳教场所内警务人员艾滋病的基本知识和态度现状总体上较好，但仍应重点加强警务人员对艾滋病非传播途径的健康教育工作。

Knowledge and Attitudes towards HIV/AIDS among the Policemen of Re-education Through Labor institutions in Urumchi City

Objective To investigate the knowledge and attitudes towards HIV/AIDS among the policemen of reeducation through labor institutions in Urumchi. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 238 policemen by cluster sampling from re-education through labor institutions in Urumchi. Results The correct answer rates about blood transmission, sex transmission, mother-infant transmission were 99.50%, 91.50% and 88.70%. The correct answer rates about whether the mosquito and kiss transmited HIV or were not 85.40 % and 70.50 %. The correct answer rates about prevention AIDS by avoiding having sex with other person expect spouse, Vein injection and blood transfusion abuse were 81.70%, 80.30%, 79.30%, but the correct answer rate about prevention AIDS with condom was 56.30% . The rate of thinking people with HIV should be treated with psychological care was 98.10 %. The rate about preventing AIDS related with oneself was 91.10%, the rate about the AIDS not threating own family was 60.70%. Conclusion The knowledge and attitudes towards HIV/AIDS among the policemen of re-education through labor institutions in Urumchi were better. It is impsrtant for them to emphasize the non-transmission education.
