足部电击伤后软组织缺损的早期皮瓣修复

摘    要:目的:探讨足部电击伤后软组织缺损的早期皮瓣修复效果。方法:应用外踝上逆行岛状皮瓣、足背逆行岛状皮瓣、踱内侧皮瓣修复足部电击伤后软组织缺损9例。结果:9例皮瓣全部成活,皮瓣质地优良,随访6个月-5年,外观及功能满意。结论:足部邻近轴型皮瓣是修复足部电击伤后软组织缺损的良好选择,皮瓣切取方便,血供丰富,修复后外观及功能满意。

EARLY SKIN FLAP REPAIR OF SOFT TISSUE INJURY OF FOOT BY ELECTRICAL BURNS

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the early skin flap reconstructive effect of soft tissue injury of foot by electrical burus.Methods:Nine patients with soft tissue injury of foot by electrical burns were treated with lateral supramalleolar reversed island skin flap ,dorsal foot reversed island skin flap and medial planlar skin flap. Re- suits: The skin flap survived in all nine patients . The color and texture of the skin flap were nearly normal . Their appearance and function were satisfactory after six months to five years follow-up. Conclusion: The near axial flap is a favourable skin flap for the reconstruction of soft tissue injury of foot by electrical burns. The dissection is easy . The flap has a rich blood supply without sacrifice of major blood-vessel. The color and texture of the skin flap were nearly normal . Their appearance and function were satisfactory.
