阿立哌唑治疗首发精神分裂症对照研究

目的:探讨阿立哌唑治疗首发精神分裂症的疗效和不良反应。方法:分别以阿立哌唑与氯丙嗪治疗首发精神分裂症各30例,采用阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)、副反应量表(TESS)评定疗效和不良反应。结果:阿立哌唑组有效率83.3%,显效率70.0%,氯丙嗪组有效率80.0%,显效率66.7%。两组疗效相仿,但阿立哌唑对阴性症状的改善优于氯丙嗪,且不良反应少于氯丙嗪。结论:阿立哌唑是一种安全有效的抗精神病药,尤其有助于阴性症状的改善。

Comparative study of aripiprazole in treatment of first-onset schizophrenia

Objective:To study the efficacy and side effects of aripiprazole in the treatment of first-onset schizophrenia. Method:Thirty schizophrenic patients were treated with aripiprazole and another thirty patients treated with chlorpromazine.The efficacy was measured with the positive and negative symptoms scale(PANSS),while the side effects were determined by the treatment emergent symptom scale (TESS). Results:The efficacy rate of aripiprazole was 83.3%, in which 70.0% were improved markly. The efficacy rate of chlorpromazine was 80.0%, in which 66.7% were improved markly.There were similar effect between two groups.However,aripiprazole had a better result in negative symptoms and less side effects than chlorpromazine. Conclusion:Aripiprazole is effective and safe antipsychotics.Specifically in improving in negative symptoms.
