再发脑出血超早期手术治疗的临床价值探讨

目的：研究再发脑出血超早期手术治疗临床价值。方法：分析我院1985年以来25例再发脑出血患者在发病6h内进行超早期手术治疗及发病24h后行手术治疗情况。结果：18再发脑出血行超早期手术治疗，10例（55．56％）患者恢复到再出血前功能状态；7例（38．89％）患者遗留重度偏瘫及失语后遗症；一例（5．56％）死亡。7例再发出血并于出血24h后行手术治疗，2例（28．57％）患者恢复到再出血前功能状态；3例（42．86％）遗留重度偏瘫及失语后遗症；2例（28．57％）死亡。结论：对再发脑出血患者，采取早期手术治疗可明显的降低死亡率，提高生存率。

Approach to the clinical value of over e arly operation on cerehmorrhage again

Objective:To study the causes of clinical manitestation and the method of treatment.Methods:25cases of cerehemorr hage again patients were treated over early stage in operation with in 6 hours or over 24 hours.Results:18 cases patients of them were treated in 6 hours in operation.10 cases patients(55.56%)rec overed to stage of function before cerehemorrhage again;7 cases p atients(38.89%)remnant over serious hemiphgia and aphonia;1 cases patient(5.56%)died.7 cases patients of them were treated in 24 hours in operation,2 cases patients(28.57%)recovered to stage of function before cerehemorrhage again 3 cases patients(42.86%)remnant over serious hemiphgia and ponia;2 cases patients(28.57%)died.Conclusion:The over early phase operation could loss dearly mortality and raise vitality for the patients of cerehe morrhage again.
