SIX1蛋白表达在胃癌病情评估中的价值

目的 研究SIX1蛋白表达在胃癌病情评估中的价值.方法 采用SP法检测60例胃癌患者(胃癌组)癌组织、癌旁组织和慢性胃炎患者(对照组)胃镜活检组织SIX1蛋白表达情况并对比其差异,分析不同临床病理特征中胃癌组胃癌组织SIX1蛋白表达差异.检测并比较正常人胃黏膜细胞GES-1和胃癌细胞系AGS、SGC-7901和KATO-Ⅲ中SIX1蛋白表达情况.结果 胃癌组患者癌组织中SIX1蛋白表达阳性率均高于癌旁组织和对照组慢性胃炎患者(P﹤0.05).不同性别、年龄、病变位置、病理类型和是否患幽门螺杆菌感染的胃癌组织SIX1蛋白阳性表达情况比较,差异均无统计学意义(P﹥0.05);不同分化程度、肿瘤最大径、淋巴结转移、远处转移和病理分期患者胃癌组织SIX1蛋白阳性表达情况比较,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05).胃癌细胞系AGS、SGC-7901和KATO-Ⅲ中SIX1蛋白表达均高于正常人胃黏膜细胞GES-1,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05).结论 SIX1蛋白表达在胃癌中升高,可能在胃癌病情评估中具有重要价值.

Clinical value of SIX1 protein expression in the evaluation of gastric cancer

Objective To study the clinical value of SIX1 protein expression in the evaluation of gastric cancer.Meth-od The SIX1 protein expression in 60 cases of patients with gastric cancer or chronic gastric inflammation (control group)were detected with SP assay.The relationship between clinical pathological factors and SIX1 protein expression was analyzed.The SIX1 protein expression in GES-1 of normal gastric mucosal cells,and in AGS,SGC-7901 and KATO-Ⅲof gastric cancer tissues were detected and compared.Result The SIX1 protein expression in cancer tissues was signifi-cantly higher than that in adjacent normal tissues and chronic gastric inflammation tissues(P<0.05).Patients with differ-ent gender, age, lesion location, pathological type and helicobacter pylori infection had similar positive expression of SIX1 protein,with no significant difference observed(P>0.05);while the degree of differentiation,maximum tumor diam-eter,lymph node metastasis,distant metastasis and TNM staging were associated with SIX1 protein expression,demon-strating statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The SIX1 protein expression in gastric cell lines of AGS,SGC-7901 and KATO-Ⅲ were significantly higher than that in normal GES-1 (P<0.05). Conclusion SIX1 protein expression in gastric cancer is elevated,implying important clinical value in the evaluation of gastric cancer.
