精神科开放病房精神分裂症患者危险因素调查与分析

目的探讨精神科开放病房精神分裂症患者的危险因素,为护理干预提供可靠依据。方法采用自杀危险因素评估量表、攻击危险评估量表对我院2008年5月至2009年5月在开放病房住院的123例精神分裂症患者进行危险因素评估。结果存在自杀危险的41例,占33.33%,其中极危险5例(30~41分),很危险9例(20~29分),危险27例(12~19分)。存在攻击危险的患者58例,占47.15%,其中攻击危险Ⅳ级3例,Ⅲ级23例,Ⅱ级32例。结论精神科开放病房精神分裂症住院患者存在自杀、攻击行为的危险,量化评估可为住院患者护理提供干预依据。

Investigation and analysis of risk factors of schizophrenia patients in open wards

Objective To explore the risk factors of schizophrenia patients in open wards, and to provide references for nursing intervention. Method A questionnaire survey was conducted among 123 schizophrenia patients by Suicide Risk Assessment Scale and Aggressive Behavior Assessment Scale. Results Totally,41 （33.33%） schizophrenia patients had the risk of suicide,5 patients in the most dangerous level （30 - 41 poinits） ,and 9 patitents in the very dangerous level （20 -29 points）, and 27 patients in the dangerous level （ 12 - 19 points）. Totally,58 （47.15 % ） patients had the risk of aggressive behavior, 3 cases in grade Ⅳ, and 23 cases in grade Ⅲ, and 32 cases in grade Ⅱ. Conclusion Schizophrenia patients in open wards have the risk of suicide and aggressive behaviors, quantitative assessment would offer some bases for further nursing intervention.
