摘    要:为了合理利用护理人力资源,从病房护理人员数量、护理结构、人力管理支持系统、护士能力的培养等几方面建立指标体系。该体系在整体护理的实践中应用,对护理人力的组织配备,工作时间的分布及护理人员的培养与管理起到了科学的指导作用,经统计学处理,显示整体护理开展后护理人力的利用状况明显改善,直接护理时间增加,额外护理时间减少。

Abstract:For the rational utilization of nursing manpower resources, a score system was developed through studying and analyzing the number of nursing staffs, nursing training and supporting system of structural, and manpower management. The system was practically applied in the holistic nursing care, and provided a scientific guidance to nursing manpower distribution, nursing time allocation, as well as training and management of nurses. Statistically, it was indicated that, through the holistic nursing care, the utilization of nursing manpower was significantly improved with more direct nursing time and less extra nursing time being achieved.
