| 摘 要： | 目的探讨超声对子宫腺肌病的诊断价值。方法收集本院自2003年诊治的21例子宫腺肌病病例进行回顾分析。结果21例患者子宫增大,病灶区呈粗颗粒样稍强回声,间以大小不等的低回声区。病灶区周围无血管绕行,内部可见稀疏星点状血流。频谱显示为低速高阻力型（RI0.72±0.06）。结论超声是诊断子宫腺肌病的首选方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the ultrasound diagnosis in endometrioma. Methods We have collected 21 cases with endometrioma retrospectively. Results In all the cases, the appearance of endometrioma was an enlarged uterus. The focus area revealed coarse granular strong echoes with intermittent anisolow echoes and with scattered esteroid blood flow the Doppler of with had low velocity high RI （0.72 ± 0. 06）. Conclusion Ultrasound is the first choice method for detecting endomelrioma. |
