| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨使用有限内固定结合外固定架超关节固定治疗Pilon骨折的疗效。方法 对我院 1997年 5月— 2 0 0 3年 6月 ,应用有限内固定结合外固定架超关节固定治疗的Pilon骨折 2 8例 ,进行评估分析。结果 2 8例患者全部愈合 ,功能恢复好。结论 有限内固定结合外固定架超关节固定治疗Pilon骨折操作简单、安全、创伤小 ,骨折愈合率高 ,功能恢复好

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the operation of using limited internal fixation and trans articular external fixation to treat Pilon fracture.Methods To analyze 28cases of Pilon fracture, using limited internal fixation and trans-articular external fixation. Results All of 28cases was union. Conclusion Using limited internal fixation and trans-articular external fixation to treat Pilon fracture was an safe operation. It should be extended. |
