滋肾益肺汤治疗变应性鼻炎

目的观察滋肾益肺汤治疗变应性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法将84例患者随机分为2组,治疗组服用滋肾益肺汤,对照组服用西替利嗪片10 mg/次/d,2组均以30 d为1个疗程,观察患者疗程结束时及停药后6个月后症状及体征计分。结果治疗组治疗前后症状积分分别为(10.77±1.56)、(4.58±1.09),对照组治疗前后症状积分分别为(11.23±2.02)、(4.15±1.13),2组治疗后30 d后积分较治疗前均有明显下降(P<0.05),治疗后组间比较无明显差异(P>0.05);停药6个月后,治疗组总有效率为66.7%,对照组总有效率为33.4%,2组疗效比较有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论滋肾益肺汤治疗组与西替利嗪对照组近期疗效相似(P>0.05);而远期疗效,滋肾益肺汤治疗组明显优于西替利嗪对照组。

Clinical observation on the Ziyin Yifei Decoction in treating allergic rhinitis

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Ziyin Yifei Decoction in treating allergic rhinitis.Methods 84 patients were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group was given Ziyin Yifei Decoction,the control group was given cetirizine tablets 10 mg /time /d.Both of the two groups were treated for a course of treatment of 30 days,symptoms and signs of scoring of patients at the end of and after 6 months after drug withdrawal were observed.Results The symptom scores in the treatment group before and after treatment were 10.77 ± 1.56 and 4.58 ± 1.09 respectively.The symptom scores in the control group before and after treatment were 11.23 ± 2.02 and 4.15 ± 1.13 respectively.After 30 days of treatment,scores in both of the tow groups were significantly lower than those before treatment（P〈0.05）,and there was no significant differences between groups after treatment（P〉0.05）.After six months of drug withdrawal,total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 66.7% and 33.4% respectively.Comparison of the curative effect between the two groups had significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The short-term curative effects of Ziyin Yifei Decoction group and cetirizine control group were similar（P〉0.05）,while the long-term curative effects of Ziyin Yifei Decoction group were obviously better than that of the cetirizine control group.
