弦脉对中风的指导意义

中医认为,弦脉为肝之主脉,亦是中风病常见脉象,因中风发病与肝关系密切,故中风脉见弦象者,可从入肝经药物着手。弦脉脉象具备5个特征:形长、体张、位定、势强、道硬。其产生机制多认为是气机不调,经脉拘急,气血收敛所致。主肝胆病、痰证、饮证、疟疾等。结合弦脉的形成机制可以推断出,急性脑血管病的脉象当以弦脉为主,而中风病各种证型均可见弦脉或其相兼脉。因此,通过脉象不仅可以指导中风病的治疗,亦可判断中风病的预后。

Exploration on guiding significance of taut pulse of stroke

Traditional Chinese medicine thinks that taut pulse is the main vein of the liver and is also the common pulse of stroke. When we see there is wiry pulse in stroke pulse , we can use the drug which belongs to the liver meridian, because the incidence of stroke and liver are closely related. String pulse has five characteristics： the pulse shape is long, the pulse body is tense, the pulse position is confirmed, the pulse force is strong, and the vessel system is hard. The mechanism is that gas is not adjustable, meridians is tense, and gas blood is convergent. The main disease of taut pulse is liver hepatology and gallbladder disease, phlegm syndrome, syndrome of Yin, malaria and so on. We can infer that the pulse of acute cerebral vascular disease is wiry pulse from the formation mechanism of taut pulse. And we can also see that taut pulse or its concurrent pulse are in various syndromes of stroke disease. Therefore, pulse can not only guide treatment of stroke, but also guide the prognosis of stroke.
