树莓茎对小鼠急性肝损伤的保护作用

摘    要:目的:研究树莓茎对小鼠急性肝损伤的保护作用.方法:采用CCl4制备小鼠急性肝损伤模型,分别用3种不同浓度的树莓茎水提取物进行干预,研究树莓茎保肝作用.结果:树莓茎水提取物能够降低急性肝损伤小鼠血清中ALT、AST、NO的含量,同时降低肝匀浆中MDA的含量,升高肝匀浆中SOD的含量.结论:树莓茎对急性肝损伤小鼠的肝脏具有保护作用.

Abstract:Objective:To study the protective effect of rubus idaeus stems on acute liver injury in mice.Methods:Prepare acute liver injury models by using CCl4 system and carry on thc intervention respectively with three different concentration extracts of rubus idaeus,then study the hepatoprotective effect of rubus idaeus stems.Results:Rubus idaeus stem water extract could reduce the injury of serum ALT,AST,NO in acute liver of mice and could increase the content of ALB in serum,while reduce the content of MDA in liver homogenate and increase the content of SOD in liver homogenate.Conclusion:Rubus idaeus stems have a protective effect on acute liver injury in mice.
