呼吸内科抗菌药物合理使用情况分析

呼吸内科是抗菌药物使用量较大的科室,该科常见病原菌为铜绿假单胞菌、肺炎克雷伯氏菌、鲍氏不动杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌和溶血葡萄球菌。为了解我院呼吸内科住院患者抗菌药物的应用情况,通过回顾性方法统计2013年医院呼吸内科2866例出院患者的抗菌药使用情况,以限定日剂量（DDD）分析法计算用药频率（DDDs）、使用强度（AUD）,依据《抗菌药物临床使用指导原则》对呼吸内科常见菌及耐药情况进行监测,以促进抗菌药物的合理使用。

Analysis on the Rational Administration of Antibacterial Drugs in Respiratory Medicine Department

Respiratory medicine department is a department consuming more antibacterial drugs. Common pathogenic bacteria in respiratory medicine department were pseudomonas aeruginosa, klebsiella pneumonia, acinetobacter baumannii, staphylococcus aureus, staphylococcus epidermidis and staphylococcus haemolyticus. In order to learn the application of antibacterial drugs on respiratory inpatients, analyzed the usage of antibacterial drugs on 2866 discharged respiratory patients in 2013 by means of retrospective method. Calculated defined daily dose system （DDDs） and antibiotics use density（AUD） based on defined daily dose （DDD）. Monitored the common bacteria and drug resistance in respiratory medicine department according to clinical use of antibiotics guiding principle so as to promote the rational administration of antimicrobial drugs.
