鹿角胶对环磷酰胺所致血虚模型小鼠的影响

摘    要:目的研究鹿角胶对环磷酰胺致血虚小鼠的影响。方法将实验小鼠随机分成6组:空白组、模型组、玉屏风胶囊阳性对照组(0.39 g/kg),鹿角胶高、中、低剂量组(4.0,2.0,1.0 g生药/kg)。采用环磷酰胺(cyclophosphamide,CTX)诱导的血虚症小鼠模型,造模前给药7 d,观察鹿角胶对血虚小鼠红细胞(RBC)、白细胞(WBC)、T淋巴细胞(T-LYM)、血小板(PLT)、凝血酶原时间(PT)及活化凝血活酶时间(APTT)的影响。结果与模型组比较,鹿角胶能够明显提高全血中RBC、PLT、WBC、T-LYM的数量,PT和APTT的值也明显升高,除RBC鹿角胶低剂量组外,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05或P0.01)。结论鹿角胶对化学物质导致的血虚小鼠具有活血、抗炎作用。

Effects of antler glue on blood-deficient model mice induced by cyclophosphamidum

Abstract:Objective To observe the effects of Antler glue on blood-deficient model mice induced by cyclophosphamidum.Methods Mices were randomly divided into 6 groups:blank control group,model group,Yupingfeng graduals positive control group(0.39 g /kg),low,medium and high dose groups of Antler glue(4.0,2.0,1.0 gcrude drug /kg).Blood-deficient mice model induced by cyclophosphamidum was applied and drugs were administrated to mices7 days before molding.The effects of antler glue on the red blood cell(RBC),white blood cell(WBC),T lymphocyte(T-LYM),blood platelet(PLT),prothrombin time(PT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT) of blood-deficient mice were observed.Results Compared with the model group,Antler glue could obviously increase the number of RBC、PLT、WBC、T-LYM in the whole blood,and values of PT and APTT obviously increased.All the differences had statistically significance except for the RBC low dose group of Antler glue(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01).Conclusion Antler glue had the function of invigorating the circulation of blood and anti-infection on blood-deficient mice induced by chemical materials.
