中医药诱发排卵治疗不孕症研究近况

近年来,多囊卵巢综合症、子宫内膜异位症、高泌乳素血症等疾病引发的排卵障碍已构成女性不孕症的重要原因之一。中医认为,此类不孕症病位在肾,涉及肝、脾,病机关键在于肾阳不足,病理因素有瘀血、痰湿等,因其病因繁多,病机复杂,临床治疗较为困难。西医促排卵治疗单独使用临床疗效不理想,中医药主张从中医基础理论出发,辨证论治,将整体和局部有机结合,综合运用中药内服、针灸、外用、理疗等方法诱发排卵,标本同治,从而提高排卵率和临床妊娠率。

Traditional Chinese medicine focuses on starting with the basic theory of the Chinese medicine,treating according to syndrome differentiation along with acupuncture and outer spray and adopting the Chinese medicine,acupuncture,external and physical therapies to induce ovulation and combining them together to improve the rate of ovulation and clinical pregnancy.
