| 摘 要： | 近年来,全球结核病急剧恶化,耐药率逐年上升,严重威胁人类健康,控制耐药结核病尤其是耐多药结核病以及严重耐药结核病任重而道远。中医药在防治肺结核中积累了几千年的经验,治疗耐药性肺结核病具有一定的疗效,但其分子机制尚不明确。探讨中医药防治耐药性肺结核的分子机制是否在于修复结核杆菌的突变基因具有重要意义,将为防治耐药性结核病开辟新的思路。

| Abstract: | In recent years, Tuberculosis （TB） has worsened sharply all over the world. The resistance of tu- berculosis （TB） has been increased year by year, which severely threatens the human health. Controlling drug- resistant pulmonary tuberculosis especially multi -drug resistant tuberculosis and serious drug -resist- ant TB is regarded as a long - term and difficult job. TCM has accumulated experience for several thousand years in prevention and control of tuberculosis, and it has certain curative effect on drug - resistant tuberculosis diseases, however, its molecular mechanism is not clearly demonstrated. Discussing molecular mechanism of the prevention of TCM for drug - resistant pulmonary tuberculosis whether depending on repaired mutant gene of mycobacterium tuberculosis will be of great importance in creating a new way of the prevention of drug - resist- ant TB. |
