六味地黄丸不同拆方配伍对2型糖尿病大鼠血脂的调节作用

摘    要:目的:选用六味地黄丸不同拆方配伍,研究其对脂代谢中甘油三酯/总胆固醇变化的影响.方法:70只雄性大鼠随机分成7组,正常组、模型组、对照组、三补组、三泄组、全方组、地黄组,腹腔注射链脲佐菌素(STZ)造模,除正常组给予普通饲料,其余各组均给予高脂高糖饲料,同时灌胃给药,辛伐他汀7mg/(kg·d),三补组(熟地黄、山茱萸、山药)4.32g/(kg·d),三泄组(泽泻、茯苓、牡丹皮)2.43g/(kg·d),地黄组2.16g/(kg·d),全方组6.75g/(kg·d),喂养8周后,麻醉,取血,喂养前后测体质量,血清测ALT/AST,TG/CHOL,ADP.结果:各组间体质量增加的程度以全方或重用地黄、三泄的配伍可以抑制2型糖尿病大鼠模型体质量的增加(P<0.05).三补组降胆固醇最为明显(P<0.05),接近西药的降脂作用,给药组中降胆固醇的作用,地黄组>三泄组>全方组.各组间脂联素以地黄组升高最明显(P<0.05),给药组中均优于西药对照组.结论:六味地黄丸不同拆方组中以地黄组在不同数据检测中都有较明显的作用,尤其是降低总胆固醇,升高血清脂联素的作用,优于西药对照组、模型组.三泄组能明显降低总胆固醇,全方组可使动物体质量增加减少,这些都体现了六味地黄丸在配伍中重用地黄、三补三泻的配伍特色,对2型糖尿病大鼠血脂代谢有一定的调节作用。

Adjustment of Hyperlipidemia in Type 2 Diabetic Rat Models by Regularity of Recipe Composition Liuwei Dihuang Pills

Abstract:Objective:To study different formulas from Liuwei Dihuang pills for adjusting hyperlipidemia in type 2 diabetic rat models. Methods:Divide 70 male Wister rats into 7 groups, with STZ through intraperitoneal in- jection and feed them through the high -fat diet to cause the insulin resistance models. 2 weeks later , start to carry on the medicine intervention, for 8 weeks, observe and compare the change of the weight, determine the blood samples, the liver, skeletal muscle, adipose tissue for analysis, and compare 7 drug combinations ac- cording to the effect and mechanism of fat metabolism. Results: The effect in the whole formula group and Di- huang and Sanxie group had a significant difference in the weight changes (P 〈 0.05 ). The Sanbu group had a significant difference ( P 〈 0.05 ), and it could decline high cholestenone, whose effect is similar to the western medicine. Three drug groups were according to declining high cholestenone: Dihuang 〉 Sanxie 〉 Quanfang. Each group had increased adiponectin, especially Dihang group, which had a significant difference (P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion: Dihuang formula obviously raises ADP and reduces cholestenone and its effect on rats isbetter than that in the control and high lipid groups;in Sanxie group it declines cholestenone;in Quanfang group it reduces rat' s weight, and it proves compatibility regulation of Chinese medicine that megadose Di- huang and toxic with eliminating pathogen is a useful way for the adjustment of hyperlipidemia in type 2 diabet- ic rat models.
