社会支持和心理护理干预对乳腺癌术后化疗患者生活质量的影响

目的 探讨有效提高乳腺癌术后化疗患者生活质量的护理干预方法。方法 对我院64例乳腺癌术后化疗患者随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组和观察组各32例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上实施社会支持和心理护理干预,对两组的护理效果及生活质量评分情况进行比较。结果 观察组患者的术后生活质量方面明显优于对照组,P〈0.05或P〈0.01;护理效果及满意程度相比,观察组与对照组差异明显,P〈0.05。结论 良好的社会支持和心理护理干预有助于消除乳腺癌术后化疗患者不良心理,有效提高了术后化疗期间的生活质量。

The Influence of Social Support and Mental Nursing Intervention on the Living Quality of Patients with Breast Cancer in Postoperative Chemotherapy

Objective Discuss effective nursing intervention measures that could improve living quality of patients with breast cancer in postoperative chemotherapy. Method 62 patients with breast cancer in postoperative chemotherapy in our hospital were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The control group was treated and with routine nursing while the treatment group was treated with additional social support and mental nursing. Compared the nursing effect and living quality scores between two groups. Result Living quality of treatment group was significantly better than control group with P〈0.05 or P〈0.01;there was significant difference in terms of nursing effect and satisfaction between two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Proper social support and mental nursing intervention are conductive to eliminating adverse thoughts from patients with breast cancer in postoperative chemotherapy. They could effectively improve their living quality in postoperative chemotherapy.
