| 摘 要： | 加强预算管理有利于医院优化资源配置,提高资金使用效率。新《医院财务制度》对公立医院预算管理提出更高的要求。本文结合我院预算管理实践,探讨实施预算管理的重要性,依据目前医院预算管理存在的问题提出相应的改进建议。

| Abstract: | Enhancing budget management is conductive to optimizing allocation of resources,improving capital usage efficiency.The latest Hospital Financial Regulations requires more for budget management of public hospitals.This paper discussed the significance of conducting budget management by combining our hospital＇s practice.Based on current problems in hospital budget management,suggestions for improvement would be put forward. |
