鹿角胶的抗炎镇痛作用研究

目的研究鹿角胶的抗炎、镇痛药理活性。方法采用二甲苯建立小鼠耳廓肿胀模型、角叉菜胶诱导大鼠足跖肿胀模型,研究其抗炎作用;采用小鼠醋酸扭体法和热板法,观察其镇痛作用。结果鹿角胶高、中剂量能明显减轻二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀;鹿角胶高、中剂量组对足跖肿胀度有显著抑制作用;鹿角胶高剂量组疼痛潜伏期明显延长、扭体次数明显降低、有效提高痛阈值。结论鹿角胶有明显的抗炎、镇痛药理活性。

Effects of colla corni cervi on anti-inflammation and analgesia

Objective To study the pharmaceutical activity of anti-inflammation and analgesia of Colla Corni Cervi.Methods The models of the mice＇s external ears＇ swell were built by xylene,models of rat hind paw swelling were induced by carrageenim and their functions of anti-inflammation were studied;Methods of acetic acid induced writhing and hot plate test in mice were used to study the analgestic effect.Results High and medium dosage of Colla Corni Cervi can significantly inhibit mouse auricle swelling induced by xylene and the paw edema;latency of high dosage of Colla Corni Cervi was significantly prolonged,times of writhing significantly were reduced and pain threshold was significantly increased.Conclusions Colla Corni Cervi had significant pharmaceutical activity of anti-inflammation and analgesic effect.
