中药沙袋热敷治疗膝骨性关节炎

目的观察中药沙袋热敷对膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法将符合膝OA诊断标准的60例患者随机分为治疗组30例和对照组30例。对照组给予玻璃酸钠患膝关节腔内注射;治疗组给予患膝中药沙袋热敷。2组观察期均为5周。治疗前及治疗5周后观察2组患者的VAS评分、Lysholm评分。结果 2组治疗前、后比较,有统计学意义(P<0.05),2组的疼痛及膝关节功能均得到了改善;治疗后2组间比较,有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组对于疼痛及膝关节功能改善程度优于对照组;治疗后2组临床疗效比较,治疗组优良率93.3%、对照组76.7%,2组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论中药沙袋热敷可有效缓解膝骨性关节炎疼痛,改善膝关节功能,提高患者生活质量。

TCM sandbag with hot compress in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis

Objective To observe the clinical effects of TCM sandbag with hot compress on knee osteoarthritis.Methods 60 cases of patients accorded with the diagnostic standard of knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into 30 treatment groups and 30 control groups.Patients in control group were given injection of sodium hyaluronate（SH） to the knee joints and patients in treatment group were given TCM sandbag with hot compress on the knee.Observation time of the two groups was 5 weeks.VAS score and Lysholm score of all patients in the two groups were observed before treatment and 5 weeks after treatment.Results There were significant differences between VAS score and Lysholm scores of the two groups before and after treatment（P〈0.05）.The knee pain and function were improved by either treatment.While after treatment,a significant difference between the two groups showed that the treatment group was superior to the control group in improving the knee pain and function（P〈0.05）.The excellent and good rate of clinical effects after treatment was 93.3% in treatment group and 76.7% in the control group,with statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）.The treatment group was superior to the control group in clinical effects.Conclusion TCM sandbag with hot compress could significantly released the pain of KOA patients,improved the function of the knee and the quality of life.
