| Abstract: | Internet forums have become an important way for patients to express their dissatisfaction and complaints. Hospital should pay attention to the problems raised in the internet forums, and analyze the cause of complaints so as to take measures to prevent nurse-patient disputes effectively and build a harmonious nurse-patient relationship. |
