花生衣总黄酮纯化工艺研究

摘    要:目的优选花生衣总黄酮纯化工艺条件。方法采用大孔吸附树脂法,以总黄酮含量为评价指标,分别对树脂型号、树脂径高比、上样药液浓度、上样药液速度、洗脱液浓度、洗脱剂用量进行考察。结果优选的纯化工艺条件为选用D101型大孔树脂,上样药液浓度为0.1 g/mL,上样速度为2 BV/h,树脂径高比为1∶15,洗脱液为3BV70%乙醇洗脱。固形物中总黄酮含量为66.12%。结论经纯化后花生衣总黄酮纯度达到66.12%,分离效果良好该工艺具有操作简单、重复性好等优点。

Abstract:Objective To optimize purification technology conditions of total flavones from peanut skin. Methods By using macroporous adsorption resin and taking the total flavones content as evaluation index,the researches on resin type、diameter-height ratio of resin column、concentration of sample solution、velocity of sample solution、eluent concentration and eluent amount were conducted respectively. Results The optimum purification technology conditions were as follows: the type of macroporous adsorption resin was D101. Concentration of sample solution was 0. 1 g / mL. Velocity of sample solution was 2 BV / h. Diameter-height ratio of resin column was 1: 15. Eluent was 3BV70% ethanol. The total flavones content in solids was 66. 12%. Conclusion The purification technology conditions are reasonable,stable and can be used in industrialized production.
