中医之脾与《古今医统大全》脾病证治

明代祁门徐春甫先生编纂的《古今医统大全》被称为融古通今的巨著,先生借鉴诸书,总结百方治疗脾胃系统疾病。通过对其文章中"脾"文献的整理和学习,对中医之脾的相关理论进行了初步探讨,突出脾作为后天之本、气血生化之源的重要性。根据中医学的"辨证论治",临床上脾病均需结合脾的生理特性、生理功能等不同角度进行辨证。脾胃同居中焦,以"平"为安,而脾主升、胃主降,故在脾病的防治过程中需要配合和降胃气等方法以提高临床疗效。
