穴位注射神经节苷脂治疗卒中后肢体运动障碍

目的：观察神经节苷脂穴位注射治疗脑卒中后肢体运动康复的临床疗效.方法：40例符合纳入标准的患者依照分配隐藏原则随机分为治疗组（20例）和对照组（20例）.其中治疗组除采用针康法治疗外,每日进行一次神经节苷脂穴位注射治疗;对照组单纯应用针康法治疗,治疗均持续2周.两组患者分别于治疗前、治疗14天及3个月随访时,运用改良Barthel指数量表（MBI）和功能独立性评定量表（FIM）进行评价.结果：两组患者治疗后MBI、FIM评分均优于治疗前（P＜0.05）;治疗组MBI、FIM评分提高幅度亦明显优于对照组（P＜0.05）.结论：神经节苷脂穴位注射配合针康法治疗,较单纯应用针康法治疗能更好地改善脑卒中后肢体运动障碍患者的肢体运动功能,更有效地提高患者的日常生活能力.

Point Injection of Ganglioside in the Treatment of Limb Dyskinesia after Stroke

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of limb motor recovery after stroke treated by the therapy of acupoint injection with ganglioside.Methods：In accordance with the principle of allocation concealment,40 patients who met the criteria were randomly divided into a treatment group （20 cases） and a control group （20 cases）.The treatment group accepted the therapy of cluster needling of scalp point combined with rehabilitation technique（acupuncture combined with rehabilitation）,in the meantime,it also received acupoint injection with ganglioside once a day.The control group only accepted the therapy of cluster needling of scalp point combined with rehabilitation technique.The therapy lasted 2 weeks for both groups.During the experiment,both groups of patients need to accept modified Barthel index scale （MBI） and functional independence measure scale （FIM） to evaluate the curative effect before treatment,treatment after 14 days and 3 months follow-up,respectively.Results：After treatment,both groups got higher FIM and MBI scores compared with those before treatment（P ＜ 0.05）.MBI and FIM scores in the treatment group increased significantly compared with those in the control group （P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusion：The experiment demonstrates that ganglioside acupoint injection together with cluster needling of scalp point and rehabilitation technique can better improve the limb dyskinesia after stroke,improving the ability of the patients more effectively in their daily life.
