| 摘 要： | 姚乃礼教授在慢性胃炎的临床诊治中,针对脾胃受损,寒热错杂,升降失宜,邪毒瘀滞,胃络损伤的基本病机,以健脾和胃、解毒消积、化瘀通络及调和肝胃为法,利用药物间相互协同或相互制约的关系,两两配伍,组成对药,审慎组方,灵活化裁,有效的阻断了慢性胃炎—萎缩—肠化生—异型增生—癌变这一进展过程,以期为临床治疗提供指导和借鉴作用。

| Abstract: | In clinical diagnosis and treatment of chronic gastritis,Professor YAO Naili based on the basic pathogenesis of the damaged spleen and stomach,simultaneous occurrence of cold and heat,inappropriate promotion and demotion,poison stasis and damaged stomach meridian.By the method of strengthening the spleen and stomach,detoxification and removing qi stagnation,and regulating the function of the liver and stomach,using the mutual cooperation and restriction among drugs,he pairwise coupled the drugs to form pair drugs.His prudent composition and flexible modification had effectively blocked the progress of chronic gastritis-atrophy-intestinal metaplasia-dysplasia-cancerization in order to provide guidance and reference for clinical treatment. |
