垂体腺瘤切除对内分泌和免疫功能的影响

本文报告了１２例作垂体腺瘤切除患者的手术前后免疫及神经内分泌的对比结果，测定了２３例垂体腺瘤未手术者的内分泌免疫情况，并以４例脊髓肿瘤和１例颅内动脉瘤作为手术对照。结果提示：ＰＲＬ型垂体瘤患者术前免疫功能低于正常，肿瘤切除后，患者ＰＲＬ水平下降，但免疫功能包括抗体分泌能力及白细胞介素－２的水平都上升；ＧＨ型垂体瘤患者术前免疫功能高于正常，肿瘤切除后，ＧＨ水平下降，其免疫功能也下降。研究表明，高ＰＲ

THE CHANGES OF BNDOCRINO-IMMUNOLOGIC FUNCTION AFTER REMOVING PITUITARY ADENIMA

This paper reported the dynamic changes of immunologic and endocrine parameterin 12 cases after removing pituitary adenoma and the immunologic and endocrine fun-ctions of 23 non-operative cases of pituitary adenoma. 4 eases of spinal tumor and 1 case of intracranial aneurysm were included in clinical control. The results showed that the immune functions incluing the antibody producing ability and IL-2 level were lower in PRL pituitary adenoma type,higher inGH type.After removing the tumors, the immune functions were incrcased while the levels ofprolaction were decreased in PRL type, both the immune functions and the levels ofgrowth hormone were reduced in GH type. The results demonstrated that high level PRL might inhibit the immune functionwhereas high level GH might promote the immune function.
