通心络胶囊对不稳定型心绞痛患者血小板活化功能的影响

目的　探讨通心络胶囊对不稳定型心绞痛 (UAP)患者血浆CD6 2P及CD6 3的影响及临床疗效。方法　 4 6例不稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为通心络组和对照组 ,2组同时服用阿司匹林等药物 ,通心络组还给予通心络胶囊 ,每次 3粒 ,每天 3次 ,治疗 8周。治疗前后采用流式细胞仪检测血浆CD6 2P和CD6 3水平 ,并观察心绞痛症状、心电图缺血变化。同时选择 18名门诊健康体检者为健康人组。结果　治疗前通心络组、对照组血浆CD6 2P和CD6 3水平明显高于健康人组 (P <0 .0 1) ;治疗后通心络组心绞痛症状、心电图缺血较对照组明显改善 ,同时血浆CD6 2P和CD6 3水平较对照组显著下降 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,通心络组及对照组血浆CD6 2P和CD6 3水平仍高于健康人组 (分别为P <0 .0 5和P <0 .0 1)。结论　通心络胶囊与阿司匹林合用可以抑制UAP患者血小板活化功能的异常 ,并具有良好的抗心绞痛疗效。

Effect of Tongxinluo capsule on the function of platelet activation in patients with unstable angina pectoris

Objective To investigate the effect of Tongxinluo capsule on the levels of CD62P and CD63 in patients with unstable angina pectoris (UAP).Methods 46 patients with UAP were randomly divided into Tongxinluo group and control group, 23 cases in each group. Both groups received the treatment with aspirin and other routine agents, and Tongxinluo capsule was orally given to the Tongxinluo group, 3 capsules once,three times a day,with a treatment course of eight weeks. The CD62P and CD63 were determined by flow cytometry,the changes of symptoms of angina pectoris and ECG were observed before and after treatment. Besides, 18 healthy subjects were selected as normal control group.Results The levels of CD62P and CD63 in the two treatment groups were significantly higher than those in normal control group before treatment(P<0.01). After 8-week's treatment with Tongxinluo capsule, the symptoms of angina pectoris, ischemic manifestation in ECG were obviously improved in Tongxinluo group,as compared with those in control group. Moreover, CD62P and CD63 in Tongxinluo group were significantly decreased, as compared with those in control group, while in Tongxinluo group and control group, which were higher than those in normal control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Tongxinluo capsule combined with aspirin may inhibit platelet activation in UAP patients and has good therapeutic effect on angina pectoris.
