血吸虫病肝纤维化程度与血清透明质酸和肿瘤坏死因子水平的关系

本文报道血吸虫病肝纤维化兔与病人（晚期）的血清透明质酸（HA）和肿瘤坏死因子－α（TNF）与肝纤维化程度的关系。感染日本血吸虫新西兰兔随机分为两组，其中一组经杀虫治疗，均在感染后28周解剖，两组间肝纤维伦程度有明显差异（P＜0．001）。血清TNF水平与肝组织学检查肝纤维化程度，肝胶原含量及血清肝纤维化指标HA等相关。晚期病人亦获类似的结果。提示血清TNF水平可作为肝纤维化一个较好的指标。

RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN HEPATIC FIBROSIS DEGREE OF SCHISTOSOMIASIS JAPONIC AND THE LEVELS OF HYALURONIC ACID, TUMOUR NECROSIS FACTOR

The relationship between hepatic fibrosis degree and levels of hyaluronic acid (HA), tumour necrosis factor (TNF) was reported in New Zealand rabbits and advanced cases of schis-tosomiasis japonica hepatic fibrosis. The rabbits infected with Schistosoma japonicum were equally divided into 2 groups, a group was treated with praziquantel. Twenty-eight weeks after challenge, all animals were sacrificed. The degree of hepatic fibrosis showed significant difference (P<0. 001) in both groups. The level of serum TNF was correlated with hepatic fibrosis degree by pathological examination hepatic collagen content and HA etc. parameters of hepatic fibrosis. The results of advanced cases were similar to that of rabbits. It suggests that the level of serum TNF is a better parameter of hepatic fibrosis.
