| 摘 要： | 总结8例静脉诱导麻醉下行介入封堵术治疗小儿先天性心脏病的护理及并发症的观察.结果8例患儿手术均获成功,术后1例发生一过性束支传导阻滞,1例穿刺点局部渗血,经积极治疗护理,均痊愈.认为术前充分准备以及恰当的麻醉方式,术中、术后严密监护,对保证患儿手术顺利,预防和减少并发症发生有重要意义.

| Abstract: | To sum up nursing of 8 cases under vein induced anesthesia and observation of the complication, 8 cases succeeded in operation, one got block after operation and one got puncture blood, who were both treated and cured soon. It shows that the adequate preparation and appropriate anaesthesia way before the operation, guard tightly in the operation and after the operation can guarantee infant to be operated smoothly, which has significance to prevent and reduce the complication. |
