526例儿童用药咨询分析

了解我院用药咨询情况，为临床药师搞好用药咨询工作提供参考。方法：对我院2004年3月至2006年6月期间的用药咨询记象资料进行分类、统计。结果；526例记录完整的用药咨询问题中。排前三位的问题分剐是药物的用法用量、药物不良反应、药物相互作用，所占比例依次为37．3％、22．6％、13．3％。结论：从事用药咨询工作的临床药师现阶段应主要从儿童用药剂量、药物不良反应及其预防、药物相互作用等三个方面着手，不断提高和掌握儿童常见病多发病的用药知识。

Analysis of 526 cases of medication consultation for children

Objective:To get a clear idea of medication consultation in our hospital as a reference to help clinical pharmacists improve medication consultation.Methods: Medication consultation data of our hospital from March,2004 to June,2006,were classified and analyzed.Results: Among the problems in 526 consultations,the usage and dosage direction,adverse reaction and interaction were the first three elements,counting for 37.3%,22.6% and 13.3% respectively. Conclusions: Clinical pharmacists who are on the occupation of providing medication consultation must enrich themselves of medical knowledge in the drug usage and dosage direction for children and of preclusion of drug adverse reaction and interaction.
