| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨自发性气胸的诊断和治疗要点.方法:分析 1994年 11月～2003年 4月收治的 55例自发性气胸临床资 料.结果 :55例患者全部治愈出院,手术 10例无复发,有 5例复发再次治疗痊愈.结论:自发性气胸需与肺大泡鉴 别,大部分患者经胸腔闭式引流治愈;微创手术是今后治疗自发性气胸的方向.

| Abstract: | Objective To determine essentials of diagnosis and treatment of spontaneous pneum othorax .Methods To analyze clinical date of 55inpati ents with spontaneous pneumothorax fromNovember 1994to April 2003.Results After treatment ,all cases restored healthy ;Of these patients,10cases operated had no relapse;5recurrence cases treated recovered .Conclusion There is comparability between Spon taneous Pneumothorax and Pulmonary Bullae ,so it is important to differentiate between them .Most patients were cured a fter close drainage of thoracic cavity .Mini-mally invasive surgery will be a tren d of treating Spontaneous Pneumothorax. |
