| 摘 要： | 目的探讨Vitalstim吞咽治疗仪联合康复训练治疗神经源性吞咽障碍的疗效。方法将80例神经源性吞咽功能障碍的患者分成治疗组和对照组，各40例。对照组给予常规药物治疗及康复训练，治疗组在对照组治疗基础上，给予Vitalstim吞咽治疗仪治疗。观察两组疗效。结果治疗4周后，治疗组标准吞咽功能评估法（SSA）评分优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论Vitalstim吞咽治疗仪联合康复训练治疗神经源性吞咽障碍的效果显著，值得临床推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the efficacy of swallowing therapeutic apparatus combined with rehabilitation training on treating neurogenic dysphagia. Methods Eighty cases with neurogenic swallowing dysfunction were di- vided into treatment group and control group. The control group received conventional drug treatment and rehabilitation training, and the treatment group were given with Vitalstim swallowing rehabilitation therapeutic equipment on the basis of the conventional drugs and rehabilitation training. Treatment effect was observed in both groups. Results After four-week treatment, SSA score of the treatment group were lower than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Con- clusions The effect of swallowing therapeutic apparatus combined with rehabilitation training on neurogenic dyspha- gia is remarkable, and it is worthy of promotion. |
